GXG Remodeling provides painting, remodeling, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and pressure washing services to residential and commercial clients in Homestead, FL and surrounding areas including Cutler Bay, Florida City, Leisure City, Naranja, Princeton, Goulds, and Redland.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Service availability is subject to scheduling and project scope.
All estimates are free and non-binding until a written agreement is signed by both parties
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request and may change if the scope of work changes
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted
Verbal agreements are not binding; all work must be confirmed in a signed written contract before any project begins
Every project is governed by a written agreement signed by both the client and GXG Remodeling. Each agreement will include:
Scope of work and materials to be used
Estimated start and completion dates
Total project cost and payment schedule
Warranty terms applicable to that project
Change order and cancellation procedures
No work begins without a fully executed written agreement.
Payment terms, including deposit amounts and installment schedule, are outlined in each project agreement
Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the agreed scope of work
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of signing
Unpaid balances past their due date may incur late fees as specified in the project agreement
Any changes to the original agreed scope of work must be documented and signed by both parties before additional work proceeds. Costs and timeline adjustments resulting from a change order will be reflected in an updated agreement.
Cancellations before work begins may result in partial or full forfeiture of any paid deposit, depending on materials already ordered or scheduling commitments already made
Cancellations after work has started will be invoiced for all labor and materials used up to the cancellation date, plus any reasonable costs incurred from stopping work
Full cancellation terms are specified in each project agreement
GXG Remodeling takes pride in the quality of every project. Warranty terms and duration are specified in each individual project agreement and cover defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Warranties do not cover:
Damage caused by the client, third parties, or natural events including storms, flooding, or hurricanes
Normal wear and tear over time
Damage resulting from lack of maintenance after project completion
Pre-existing structural or surface issues not identified in the original scope of work
By signing a project agreement, the client grants GXG Remodeling and any approved team members access to the property during agreed working hours to complete the contracted services. The client is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to all work areas.
GXG Remodeling may take before and after photos of completed work for use on our website, Google Business Profile, and social media platforms. If you prefer that photos of your property not be used publicly, please notify us in writing before the project begins.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
