These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of gxgremodelingcorp.com (the "Site"), operated by GXG Remodeling Corp ("GXG," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, requesting an estimate, or otherwise contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided to give you information about GXG's painting and remodeling services and to let you request a free estimate. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting a request.
Estimates Are Not Contracts
Any estimate provided through the Site, by phone, or in person is a good-faith projection based on the information available at the time and is not a binding offer. Final pricing, scope of work, and timeline are confirmed in a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Prices may change if the actual scope of work differs from what was described when the estimate was prepared.
No Obligation
Requesting a free estimate does not obligate you to hire GXG, and does not obligate GXG to perform any work, until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Service Area
GXG primarily serves Homestead, FL and the surrounding Miami-Dade County area. Availability outside this area is at our discretion.
Licensing & Compliance
Work performed by GXG is carried out in accordance with applicable Miami-Dade County and Florida building codes, including High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) requirements where applicable. Permit responsibilities, where required, will be outlined in your project's written agreement.
Intellectual Property
All text, images, and design elements on the Site are the property of GXG Remodeling Corp or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as Google Maps or our Google Business Profile and social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.
Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is." While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, GXG makes no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of content on the Site and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
