Naranja, Spanish for "orange," takes its name from the citrus groves that once covered the area before it became a Florida East Coast Railroad stop in 1904. It's about 5 miles northeast of our Homestead shop, roughly an 8-minute drive. The housing mix here is broader than most of our other service areas: pockets of original 1970s single-family homes alongside a growing share of newer rental and multifamily construction.

Naranja is home to Naranja Lakes Park and is served by Chapman Elementary and Coconut Palm K-8. Between the older single-family stock from the area's farming-era buildout and the newer multifamily construction that's followed, we see a wide range of work here, from full interior repaints on original homes to unit turnovers on newer rental properties.
Naranja is the most mixed housing stock of the areas we serve. Original single-family homes from the 1970s farming-era buildout need the same kind of exterior prep and drywall attention we see in Leisure City, while the newer rental and multifamily properties bring a different job entirely: fast interior turnovers between tenants, durable paint that holds up to higher foot traffic, and cabinet or bathroom refreshes that need to happen on a tight move-in schedule rather than at a homeowner's pace. We work both sides of that regularly, not just one or the other.
If you're a property owner managing several units across Naranja and neighboring Princeton, we can coordinate turnovers across more than one address at a time. We regularly work:
Yes. Naranja is about 5 miles northeast of our Homestead shop, roughly an 8-minute drive, and we work there regularly.
No, Naranja is an unincorporated community in Miami-Dade County, covered by the 33032 zip code. It split off from the combined Naranja-Princeton area in 1990.
We do. Naranja has a larger share of rental and multifamily housing than neighboring communities, alongside older single-family homes from its 1970s farming-era buildout, so we see both property types regularly.
That's one of our more common Naranja calls. Interior repaints and touch-ups between tenants get scheduled around your turnover timeline, and we'll give you a straight answer on timing before you commit to a move-in date.
Often, yes. Naranja's original single-family stock dates to roughly the same farming-era buildout as Leisure City's, so original drywall, cabinets, and bathroom fixtures showing decades of South Florida humidity are a common call. The difference is Naranja also has a meaningful share of newer multifamily and rental properties mixed in, which Leisure City doesn't have as much of.
